Truffles
100g (4oz) Plain chocolate truffles
275g (10oz) icing sugar
100g (4oz) unsalted Butter
30ml (1 tsp) rum/run essence
To Cover
coco power/vermicelli
1) Melt chocolate.
2) Beat in Icing sugar, softened butter, and rum into chocolate.
3) Form the mixture into small balls and roll in chosen covering.
